Paul Jonathan Saguil presides over OJEN Mock Trial

As part of the Elementary School Civil Mock Trial Program coordinated by the Ontario Justice Education Network and the Toronto Lawyers Association, Stockwoods lawyer Paul Jonathan Saguil helped introduce students at Palmerston Elementary School to the law, their rights, and the various roles in a courtroom. Paul assisted the student actors in preparing to testify at, and ultimately presided over, the mock trial involving a defamation claim by Wendy Witch against Hansel and Gretel for statements made on their blog.  More details and photos are available on OJEN’s website.
