Adam Donaldson

Practice Areas

Adam joined Stockwoods as an associate in 2023 following his call to the bar. Prior to joining Stockwoods, Adam completed his articles as a judicial law clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. While at the court, Adam primarily assisted judges with commercial, civil, and class action matters. Before clerking, Adam summered at a top international law firm.

Adam graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received the Dean’s Gold Key Award. While at law school, he competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot and the Wilson Moot and acted as a Dean’s Fellow in Civil Procedure. Adam also earned a certificate as a community mediator.

Prior to attending law school, Adam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Victoria where he was a student-athlete. He is licensed to practice law in Ontario and New York.
