The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave to appeal the decision of the British Columbia Court of Appeal in Mclean v. B.C. Securities Commission. Stockwoods lawyers Christopher Wirth and Fredrick Schumann act for the appellant, Patricia Mclean. The case concerns the six-year time limitation period for enforcement matters under the B.C.
