Philip Tunley to speak on Electronic Trials

Stockwoods’ partner Phil Tunley will speak at the program on Electronic Discovery and the Sedona Canada Principles on May 31, 2007, in Toronto. Phil will co-chair the session entitled “Information Technology through the Courthouse Doors: The Electronic Trial” with Madam Justice Denise Bellamy of the Superior Court of Justice. The use of information technology at all stages in the litigation process is one of Phil’s areas of professional expertise.
