Stockwoods’ partner Phil Tunley will speak at the program on Electronic Discovery and the Sedona Canada Principles on May 31, 2007, in Toronto. Phil will co-chair the session entitled “Information Technology through the Courthouse Doors: The Electronic Trial” with Madam Justice Denise Bellamy of the Superior Court of Justice.
