Stockwoods successfully resists judicial review by officers in G20 discipline cases

Stockwoods lawyers Owen Rees and Fredrick Schumann successfully argued on behalf of the Chief of Police, Toronto Police Service, before the Divisional Court that an application for judicial review by a group of officers facing discipline hearings arising out of the G20 Summit was premature. The Divisional Court agreed and quashed the application.
