Practice Areas
Sarah’s practice includes complex commercial, civil, public law, and regulatory matters. She has experience conducting and advising on investigations involving fraud, governance, and workplace issues across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Stockwoods, Sarah was a litigation associate in the Toronto office of a global law firm.
Sarah was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. She obtained her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class. While at law school, she assisted clients with criminal, civil and family law matters at several community legal clinics.

- Counsel to public service providers in judicial review applications in respect of decisions of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario
- Counsel to a national retail franchisor in a dispute regarding termination of a franchise agreement
- Counsel to a municipality in an application alleging violations of the Municipal Act and the Charter
