Brendan van Niejenhuis speaks on the regulation of civility

On June 17, 2014 Stockwoods partner Brendan van Niejenhuis spoke on a panel with Suhail Akhtar and Jonathan Shime at the 2014 Crown Counsel Summer School held by the Legal Services Division of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney-General, at McMaster University.  Brendan, Suhail and Akhtar spoke to attendees on the subject of judicial and administrative regulation of civil conduct by litigation lawyers, with a focus on criminal and quasi-criminal prosecutions.
