On November 5, 2009, Stockwoods partner Brendan Van Niejenhuis will speak at the annual Conference of Ontario Boards and Agencies in Toronto. Brendan will appear on a panel with Freya Kristjanson, David Stratas and Lorne Sossin, addressing tribunal members on the topic “Controlling the Hearing Process”. The COBA conference is the annual conference presented by the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators, and is attended by tribunal members from across the Province.
