Stockwoods partner Brendan van Niejenhuis will speak at the 13th annual Ontario Bar Association Charter of Rights Conference on September 30, 2014. Brendan will speak on a panel together with Mr. Justice David L. Corbett and Shannon Chace of the Ministry of the Attorney-General (Constitutional Law Branch), on “Critical Practice Issues in Charter Litigation”.
