Stockwoods lawyer Gerald Chan will speak at the Criminal Lawyers’ Association’s fall conference on Friday, October 30, 2015. He will present on “Digital Disclosure and Defences” (e.g., digital search and seizure, the admissibility of digital evidence, the use of PowerPoint summaries at trial) alongside our former colleague Justice Michal Fairburn, and Susan Magotiaux from Crown Law Office – Criminal.
