Paul Jonathan Saguil moderates panel at Road to Justice launch

On March 29, 2011, Paul Jonathan Saguil moderated a panel discussion and speaker session co-hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Metro Toronto Chinese and Southeast Asian Legal Clinic to celebrate the launch of “Road to Justice”, a website dedicated to increasing awareness of the historical injustices imposed by governments in Canada on people of Chinese descent. “Road to Justice” examines past legislation and policies that discriminated against people of Chinese descent and celebrates the role of lawyers and community activists in bringing justice to a minority group in Canada. The webcast of the event will be made available on the Law Society’s website.
