Stockwoods partner Scott Hutchison will co-chair the 2nd Annual National Symposium on Technology Crime and Electronic Evidence, administered by Osgoode Hall Professional Development. The conference will be held on December 8, 2007 in Toronto. In addition to serving as co-chair, Scott will speak on two panels, addressing search and seizure issues involving information technology, and remedies for victims of on-line criminal activities.
