Stockwoods partner Aaron Dantowitz will be speaking at the annual conference of the Canadian Network of Agencies for Regulation (CNAR) in Halifax, Nova Scotia on October 3, 2017. The CNAR conference is attended by delegates from across Canada who are interested in emerging issues in professional self-regulation. Aaron will be part of a panel on “Working with Sexual Misconduct Witnesses”, and will speak in particular about the considerations that arise for the regulator at the hearing preparation and hearing stages of a professional discipline matter involving sexual misconduct allegations.
