Stockwoods partner Scott Hutchison joined the faculty of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada week-long program on Criminal Procedure, Advocacy and Charter Issues in Charlottetown, PEI from July 7 to 11, 2008. Scott lectured on warrantless searches and participated in panels on self-incrimination and Third-Party Records applications before the more than 600 attendees.
