Stockwoods partner Sam Robinson was successful in obtaining a $1.2 million arbitration award, and a dismissal of a $3.5 million counterclaim, in a contract dispute between a travel insurance company and a provider of case management and claims processing services. The dispute began in the courts and was transferred to arbitration during the COVID-19 lock-downs.
