Philip Tunley to speak at Canadian Energy Law Forum

From May 2-4, 2007, Stockwoods’ partner Phil Tunley will serve as a panelist at the Canadian Energy Law Forum in Kelowna, British Columbia. Together with co-panellists George Vegh of McCarthy Tétrault, and Richard Stephenson of Paliare, Roland, Phil will address the question “Is there a Canadian doctrine of Public Utility Law”? The Forum features speakers and guests from across the country interested in the area of energy market regulation, one of Phil’s practice sub-specialties.
