On May 7, 2015, Stockwoods partner Brendan van Niejenhuis spoke at the Ontario Bar Association conference “Evidence for Litigators”. Brendan’s presentation dealt with several recent cases affecting the admissibility of expert opinion evidence as well as practical considerations for determining whether to call such evidence, and selecting an appropriate expert.
