Congratulations to our partner, Gerald Chan, who was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers this past Friday. The College is the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in the US and Canada. It is an invitation only fellowship of those who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. Membership can never be more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province. Gerald joins our partners Brian Gover, Paul Le Vay, and Nader Hasan, as well as our senior counsel Frank Marrocco, as fellows in the College.
