Gerald Chan to speak at Law Society Employment Law Summit

On November 1, 2019, our partner Gerald Chan will be speaking at the Law Society of Ontario’s 20th Employment Law Summit. Gerald will be present on a panel titled, “Investigation Reports, Are They Privileged?” The presentation builds on a paper that Gerald has co-authored with our colleague Carlo Di Carlo on privilege and internal investigations—an area in which Stockwoods has substantial expertise.

You can find the complete agenda for the Law Society’s program here. In addition, Gerald and Carlo’s paper was previously posted on the website here, and subsequently published in The Advocates’ Quarterly.
