On November 9, 2018, our partner Gerald Chan will speak at the Superior Court of Justice’s Fall Education Seminar on the subject of expert evidence. His co-panelists will include the Honourable Justice Woollcombe, Professor Benjamin Berger of Osgoode Hall Law School, and Mabel Lai from Crown Law Office – Criminal. They will discuss emerging areas of expert evidence in criminal law, including digital forensics, probabilistic genotyping, and the neurobiology of trauma.
