The Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL) is hosting its annual fall conference on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Gerald Chan, who is a board member of FACL, will be debating the question of whether law societies across Canada should accredit Trinity Western University’s proposed law school. Nader Hasan will be speaking on cross-border developments in criminal law, particularly as it relates to the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.
