Nader Hasan publishes op-ed on criminal justice reforms

The Federal Government recently tabled Bill C-75, which proposes sweeping changes to the criminal justice system.  One of those changes is the abolition of peremptory challenges during the jury selection process.  In a Toronto Star op-ed, Stockwoods partner Nader Hasan argues that abolishing peremptory challenges will result in less diversity on juries.  To read the op-ed, click here.
