At the Osgoode Professional Development Annual Conference on Crown Liability, Stockwoods partner Nader Hasan spoke on the lessons of the Supreme Court of Canada’s decisions in Clyde River (Hamlet) v. Petroleum Geo-Services Inc. and Chippewas of the Thames First Nation v.
