Sam brings extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings, with expertise in representing shareholders, officers and directors of both public and private corporations. He also acts frequently in disputes related to the interpretation and enforcement of contractual rights, and has developed extensive experience in litigation related to financial services.
Called to the bar in 2002, Sam has been identified by Benchmark Canada as a “Future Litigation Star”, and by Lexpert as a “Litigator to Watch”. He joins the firm from Heenan Blaikie LLP where he was a partner.
