Stephen Aylward and Ted Marrocco to speak at the Advanced Admin Law & Practice Forum

Stockwoods lawyers Ted Marrocco and Steve Aylward will each be presenting at the Canadian Institute’s 18th annual Advanced Administrative Law and Practice Forum taking place in Ottawa on October 23 and 24, 2018. This will be the third year in a row that Ted and Steve have been invited to speak at this event. Steve will be speaking about recent trends in constitutional interpretation. He will be examining and commenting on broader trends of Charter analysis across Canada. Ted will be part of a panel discussing strategies for effectively communicating tribunal decisions. Ted will be speaking about his experiences as a regulatory prosecutor, defence counsel and independent legal counsel to tribunal adjudicators. The full program agenda can be viewed here.
