Effective January 1, 2007, Brendan Van Niejenhuis has become a partner in the firm. He will continue representing clients in civil, regulatory and select criminal litigation. Following a clerkship with Mr. Justice Iacobucci of the Supreme Court of Canada, Brendan joined Stockwoods in 2002 as an associate and became an income partner in 2004.
