With our lawyers’ practices running the gamut of administrative and regulatory practice areas – from health disciplines to energy regulation, securities and competition matters to judicial review of Ministerial decisions and extradition – we’re proud to share our expertise by highlighting recent cases of interest to the administrative justice community.
