Stockwoods lawyers obtain injunction and declaration of breach of Trade-marks Act and Competition Act

Stockwoods’ lawyers Paul Le Vay and Brennagh Smith successfully represented Direct Energy Marketing Ltd. in an Application before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for a declaration that a brochure circulated by a competitor was in breach of the Trade-marks Act and the Competition Act. The Court also issued an injunction prohibiting further distribution of the brochure.  To read the decision, click here.
