Stockwoods lawyers publish article in CCCA Magazine

Stockwoods lawyers Paul Le Vay, Gerald Chan and Carlo Di Carlo published an article in this month’s CCCA Magazine that takes on the scope of privilege in the internal investigation context.  In the article, Paul, Gerald and Carlo warn about the potential pitfalls awaiting claims of privilege over investigative reports and argue that counsel should be careful to structure internal investigations so as to increase the likelihood that privileged information will be protected.
