Div Court refuses leave to appeal in Anton Piller Case

Scott Hutchison and Aaron Dantowitz successfully resisted efforts to overturn their successful motion to set aside an Anton Piller order and injunction obtained against our client last year. The Divisional court agreed that our clients Lopes Mechanical et al. should not have been subject to the Anton Piller order in view of material omissions in the facts presented to the judge who issued the original order.

Scott and Aaron, along with other members of the firm, have acted in numerous extraordinary injunction cases, including Anton Piller orders and Norwich Pharmacal orders. To read the decision, click here.
