Our partner, Gerald Chan, spoke today at The Advocates’ Society’s program on “Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for Litigators”. Gerald is the President of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, Ontario, and he spoke about how we can have the difficult conversations we must have in order to move the dial forward on equity, diversity and inclusion—not only for racialized lawyers, but for all lawyers who continue to face barriers to success in the legal profession.
