Stockwoods lawyer Owen Rees will speak at the Canadian Institute’s 9th Annual Conference on Advanced Administrative Law & Practice in Ottawa on October 29 & 30. Owen will speak on the Sufficiency of Reasons and present a workshop on The Rules of Evidence in a Nutshell. The conference is attended by adjudicators, tribunal staff, and counsel practicing public law.
