Phil Tunley to present on Expert Evidence

Stockwoods lawyer Phil Tunley will take part in a panel discussion on current issues in expert evidence, together with Linda Fuerst, Mark Sandler and Paul Steep.  The program will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 am in the Lawyer’s Lounge, 361 University Court House, as part of the Toronto Lawyers’ Association’s “Nutshell” series.  It will cover developments following the Goudge Inquiry, pending changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as practice issues relating to production, the preparation and use of expert reports, and the presentation of expert evidence at trial.
