Owen Rees to speak on decision-writing in Charter cases and civil justice reform

On May 18, 2011, Stockwoods partner Owen Rees will speak at the Canadian Institute’s “Advanced Training on Charter and Constitutional Law and Litigation” conference. He will present a workshop on decision-writing in Charter cases. The workshop is for members of administrative agencies, boards and tribunals. More information
