Stockwoods is pleased to announce the appointment of our partner Paul Le Vay to the Board of Trustees of the Law Foundation of Ontario. Established by statute in 1974, the Law Foundation is the sole foundation in Ontario with the mandate for improving access to justice. In addition to its varied granting and collaborative endeavours, the Foundation’s Class Proceedings Committee oversees the Class Proceedings Fund established under the Law Society Act.
