Scott Hutchison to speak at motions program

Scott Hutchison will serve as faculty at the Osgoode Professional Development Program on “Strategic Analysis and Written Advocacy for Motions” on September 27 and 28, 2007. This inaugural version of this workshop is based on the highly successful Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop, and has been developed to bring a similar focus to the skills and analysis necessary for successful motions practice. The program is strictly limited to 64 attendees and will be led by numerous Superior Court judges and experienced litigators.
