Stockwoods defends CBC, Kinsella

Stockwoods lawyers Scott Hutchison and Brennagh Smith have completed the trial in MacDonald v. CBC and Kinsella. The trial involved allegations of defamation arising from comments made by Warren Kinsella in a call-in show relating to neo-Nazi organizations. The plaintiff, a former high-ranking diplomat, alleged that these comments were defamatory. Judgment has been reserved.
