Stockwoods Lawyers Speak at Digital Evidence for Lawyers CPD

On March 30, 2022, Stockwoods lawyer Gerald Chan co-chaired The Advocates’ Society’s  Digital Evidence for Litigators continuing education program.  The program covered a number of topics meant to provide litigators with a guide to effective advocacy in the digital era.

Gerald’s colleague, Carlo Di Carlo spoke on the panel dealing with ethical issues surrounding digital evidence, including issues surrounding cyber security, surreptitious recordings and social media investigations.
